Judge Ginsburg passed away on June 24, 2023. He was a graduate of Harvard College, and Harvard Law School. He was an Associate Justice of the Probate and Family Court from 1977 until 2002. He was the founder and director of Senior Partner for Justice, a group of over seven hundred lawyers who provide pro bono legal services to low income individuals in the Probate and Family Court and elsewhere. He was also a supervising attorney at The Legal Assistance Corporation of Central Massachusetts. He taught Family Court Practice and Trial Practice.
