Postdoctoral Association

The Boston College Postdoctoral Association (ÍøÆØ³Ô¹ÏPDA) promotes the professional, social, and family well-being of postdoctoral fellows from all ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï departments. The purpose of the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹ÏPDA is:

To promote the professional training and career preparation of its members

To promote peer interactions and support among the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï postdoctoral community

To serve as liaison between its members and the administration of ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï

To introduce new postdoctoral fellows to the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï community

To provide liaison between ÍøÆØ³Ô¹Ï postdoctoral fellows and other postdoctoral associations in Massachusetts and in the United States

The ÍøÆØ³Ô¹ÏPDA regularly organizes conferences and talks on topics of interest to its membership. In addition, the ÍøÆØ³Ô¹ÏPDA has an ongoing Knowledge Dissemination Program to financially support the dissemination of its members™ original and independent scholarly work.
